The story begins in a house in terloc where we see a child named jim playing with his pet puppy peter, jim loved his puppy very much even though peter played in a peculiar way and whenever bullies made fun of peter for being small, jim always defended him. In a follow-up tweet, Interplay said that the original creator of the game, presumably Doug TenNapel, "is not involved at all."
